For online courses, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, in accordance with applicable legislation.

In the case of digital content supplied immediately, where the supply begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, this will take place only with the consumer’s prior express consent and confirmation that they acknowledge the conditions under which they may lose their right of withdrawal.

Requests for withdrawal or cancellation may be submitted through the contact form or by email at contact@psy.sia-dev.ro.

For in-person events (workshops and retreats), reservations may be cancelled at least 14 days before the event datefor a full refund of the amount paid. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund; however, the reservation may be transferred to another person.

Eligible refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within the applicable legal timeframe and without undue delay. When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw.
