The Transgenerational Journey of Anger 2026
Understanding inherited anger patterns
- Online course
- 19:30 – 22:00
- June 25, 2026
Anger, one of the basic components of our emotional foundation, signals in a healthy way situations where our territory is violated, generating internal reactions that allow us to act to resolve it. However, the activated emotional energy and sometimes even the behaviors put into action are not proportional to the situations we find ourselves in. The exploration of genealogy can bring to light events, traumas of our ancestors, sufferings left unresolved, suspended in the void of time. Inherited consciously or not, all these emotionally unfinished things “travel” across generations, seemingly seeking closure.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience in psychogenealogy?
No prior experience is needed, just the availability to meet your own story with gentleness. This workshop is designed to be accessible and safe, with exercises that don’t require exposure.
Will I have to share personal things?
No. The exercises are designed for personal reflection. You won’t be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable with. The work happens inside you, in the safe container of your own awareness.
