Transgenerational Psychotherapy Mastery Program

Transgenerational Psychotherapy
A professional journey into depth

The Story of Mastery

The program has a story: it all started with a book. My first encounter with transgenerational inheritances made me wonder: How can this information be used in a concrete, practical way? It was a question that kept bothering me, a curiosity that wouldn’t give me peace.

During that period, a dear friend who had worked with Anne Ancelin Schützenberger came to stay with me. For a few weeks each year, our mornings and evenings were filled with stories, questions, and demonstrations. The kitchen and living room became spaces for intense conversations about conferences, psychodrama, and practical techniques.

This is how Mastery was born. It’s a program that brings together everything I’ve learned and experienced, a space dedicated to those who want to understand, transform, and heal transgenerational inheritances in a profound and practical way.

Mastery is the place where you enrich not only your practice, but also your soul

The 6 Tools

The 6 instruments prepared for 2025 support your practice with transgenerational stories and beyond.

Tool 1

The Power of the Empty Chair

The Empty Chair helps you have profound dialogues with those absent, close unhealed chapters, and bring clarity to relationships that continue to make their influence felt. An exercise of liberation, clarity, and reconnection with inner power.

Tool 2

The Voice of the Unspoken – The Double Technique

Discover the power of giving voice to unspoken emotions and thoughts hidden in the depths of being. The Double Technique creates a safe space to explore what cannot be expressed directly, offering clarity and liberation.

Tool 3

Personification – Representing the Unrepresented

An essential psychodrama technique that allows you to explore and embody emotions, patterns, or transgenerational relationships. Through this process, you can more clearly understand the internal dynamics, transforming inherited tensions into personal resources.

Tool 4

Symbolic Acts – The Power of Transformative Gestures

The central point of the program. Learn what helps in your practice to use actions, objects, words, symbolic gestures to create closures, transitions, and the beginning of a process. These acts represent a bridge between the inner world and reality.

Tool 5

Sociometry in Action – The Map of Generational Connections

Dynamically explore family history relationships and their impact on transgenerational inheritances. Through movement and physical representation, you can visualize relational and emotional patterns, belongings and distances that shape relational connections.

Tool 6

Role Reversal – Understanding the Other Side

A powerful instrument for exploring ancestors and transgenerational relationships. Through this technique, you have the opportunity to step into another’s perspective, more deeply understanding the emotions, motivations, and dynamics of the relationships that marked them.

The 8 Topics

Subjects that can be addressed using the 6 tools described above

Topic 1

The Impostor Syndrome

This workshop explores the experience of individuals who, despite their competence and achievements, feel that they are not good enough or that their success is accidental. The transgenerational perspective allows the identification of family messages, loyalties, and histories that may sustain this experience and offers reference points for psychotherapeutic intervention.

Topic 2

The Transgenerational Journey of Anger

…

Topic 3

The Genosociogram in Action

The genosociogram is one of the central tools of psychogenealogy. In this workshop, we work with its construction and interpretation, exploring family history and transgenerational dynamics. The approach includes its graphic representation and the use of action techniques to highlight repetitions, invisible loyalties, and positioning within the family system.

Topic 4

Grief

Unintegrated losses can continue to influence the family system across generations. This workshop explores different forms of grief and the ways in which they can be recognized and addressed within the psychotherapeutic process.

Topic 5

The Chamber of Secrets

Family secrets can profoundly influence the structure of the family system and individual identity. This workshop explores their role in transgenerational transmission and offers guidelines for addressing secrets responsibly within the psychotherapeutic process.

Topic 6

Love Stories

Love relationships are often influenced by patterns and family histories transmitted across generations. This workshop explores how these relational patterns are formed and how they continue to manifest in adult life.

Topic 7

The Cuckoo's Nest Syndrome

…

Topic 8

The Antigone Complex

The Antigone Complex reflects the tension between loyalty to one’s family and the need to follow one’s own path. Inspired by the figure of Antigone in the tragedies of Sophocles, the concept describes situations in which a person assumes—out of a strong sense of duty and sacrifice—the role of supporting or accompanying the destiny of a family member. The workshop explores this dynamic from a psychogenealogical perspective and its implications in both personal and professional life.
